Since I was a child and I started to explore the word of the gastronomy, I always asked myself what my future will be and if I will never be a chef.
To tell you the true, in some days I continue to ask myself how my future will be.
Only the time will give me this answer! In the meanwhile, I go on working with the same excitement, implementing my grown up throughout years’ experience in restaurants, hotels and caterings.
Working as a chef it is not easy because you need a lot of passion. It is almost a mission.
The thing that lead me and give me the motivation to progress day by day is my wish to make people happy with the food.
The better part of my job as chef is to personalize and reinterpret the dishes according to my client’s needs. That is the secret to create always unique events.

My style is simple, and I can proudly define it a “Made in Italy”, healthy, Mediterranean, make of fresh and selected ingredients, full of colours and sunny cooking, like my homeland, Calabria Region.
