MARIO PERONE
After graduating the Hotel Management Institute he immediately started working in some of the top restaurants in Calabria. He later moved to Florence where he worked in the prestigious restaurants of the 5 star Hevletia & Bristol and the famed Hotel Excelsior. In between he expanded his horizon by working at the iconic Dorchester hotel in London.
All these work experiences gave him the possibility to explore and increase his knowledge of regional and international cuisine and pursue his dream of becoming a chef.

Mario Perone is passionate about the culinary traditions of his country and uses the exclusively natural and seasonal ingredients. He is always striving to create harmonies and balances of structure, taste and beautiful visually dishes. He explores new cooking techniques and procedures preserving the freshness and natural properties of the products.
Mario Perone Chef, based nowadays close to Florence, travel all over Italy as private chef to offer, together with the whole staff, an unforgettable culinary experience to all his guests.
